Hundreds of thousands of annual candidates bring numerous challenges to a talent acquisition team. This health insurance provider was especially struggling with high-volume roles in its clinician hiring.

The team was challenged to get to the right candidates fast enough and was also losing quality candidates throughout a lengthy hiring process. In addition, with a brand that centers on health and wellness, a less than ideal candidate experience inconsistent with the provider’s mission and customer experience.
