    Director, Yale Medicine Learning & Development

    Yon is the Director of Learning and Development at Yale Medicine. He and his team improve organizational performance by designing talent development frameworks and processes to support the organizational strategies of an academic physician services organization.This includes a focus on leadership and staff development programs, onboarding, team and leadership development, change and performance programming, and competency assessments.

    Previously, he served as a training and development consultant for New York Presbyterian Hospital.
  • Bryan Warren

    J3Personica provides strategic consulting to hospitals and physician groups with a focus on people strategies to support operational initiatives.  This includes training and coaching, especially with nursing and physician leaders and Boards.  Previously, Bryan led the healthcare vertical at PSI, served as the Vice President and corporate counsel for the consulting division of Zimmer-Biomet, and as a private practice attorney representing physicians.

    Chief Science Officer, Modern Hire

    Mike Hudy is an industry expert in predictive modeling using human capital data with more than two decades of experience in experiment design and talent analytics. Mike is skilled in deciphering the complexities and ambiguities of talent acquisition to create the practical, effective, and satisfying solutions clients and candidates deserve.

    Mike’s prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Science at Shaker International, of which was also a founder.

Responsible for Modern Hire’s business development, account management, and partner programs, Tony is focused on accelerating the organization’s growth into new markets.

    Tony served as Chief Commercial Officer at Shaker International and help executive sales and business development positions at Thomsons, CEB, and SHL. He also previously served as Director of Sales at ePredix/Previsor (acquired by CEB) and Senior Business Development Manager at LexisNexis.
